An automatic SW error position estimation technology paper published by VPlusLab CEO Moonzoo Kim and Professor Shin Yoo,
At IEEE ICST 2024, the Top A-level International Society of Information Science, it won the Most Influential Paper Award given to the most influential papers of the past decade.
Professor Moonzoo Kim and Professor Shin Yoo's research team developed a new SW error location automatic detection technology, MUSE, to overcome the difficulty of accurately finding and correcting the location of SW errors during the SW development process.
MUSE introduced a creative technology to accurately detect the location of SW errors by statistically analyzing changes in test pass/fail results for numerous variations.
This study opened a new chapter in automatic SW error location detection and contributed greatly to SW quality improvement research, with numerous follow-up studies derived. [News link]
